‘Our Kitchen Brantford‘ is a membership based commercial kitchen facility, a collaborative community kitchen, food incubator, event space and home to many local chefs, bakers, caterers and food creators. The kitchen has a commercial grade kitchen area fully stocked with commercial cooking, dishwashing, and prep equipment and a storefront that includes a demonstration kitchen. The Pynx Video Production team had previously filmed a demonstration video segment for the City of Brantford with Jr. Chef champion, Audrey MacKinnon.
Our Kitchen Brantford approached us to help film some promotional materials. Pynx Pro filmed on location with Owner Catherine Ferrar and Chef Shawn Rocchi, who is the Culinary Program Director. The purpose of the video was to highlight some recent projects and call attention to their community involvement. In particular, their work with St. Leonard’s Community Services.
The promotional video was filmed using our new Canon XA55 4K cameras. Video editing was completed, and titles were added, using the Final Cut Pro editing suite. Audio was optimized using the Logic Pro digital audio workstation software.
