Pynx Pro has worked with the Ogwehoweh Skills and Trades Training Centre (OSTTC) on a number of video projects. When Pynx learned that the OSTTC Longhouse was destroyed in a fire, we were anxious to help with their rebuilding campaign.
The OSTTC: LONGHOUSE GANǪSA’Ǫ:WEH was a 17th century Longhouse replica located in Ohsweken Ontario. Established in 2014, the Longhouse was used for education and teaching to residents and visitors to Six Nations. The Longhouse project was created to provide an exceptional cultural experience that increases understanding and appreciation for Six Nations’ and Haudenosaunee natural resources, society, and history.
Donations to the rebuilding effort can be made by following this link: The Ęjidwahsrö:ni’ Fund – “We will build again”
Pynx Pro was able to edit together footage from previous projects to create a short awareness video in support of the rebuilding campaign. We were also able to capture some drone footage from the site following the fire.
Please consider donating to the rebuilding fund.
