PYNX Pro serviced 50th anniversary events at all Canadian branches (3 at the same day and time) and were great! I did visit all facilities during those events and had asked personally for feedback from all sites and it was positive.All crews that were sent were respectful of our facilities rule and abided by them. Were very well mannered and professional with Local contacts as I couldn’t be at all locations same time. I did visit with all the crews and they felt welcomed by CTDI and felt that event has been a success.Crews were accommodating to requests at each site, even if they were slightly different then the “Master Plan” and we thank you for that.I have to thank PYNX team for job well done, not just the event but pre-event preparation and accounting teams that worked thorough this process. I just got married and used Pynx. We had Martin as our DJ and he was 10/10 fantastic. Everyone emailed me in the beginning and ensured it was a smooth process and even sent an email wishing us a good wedding day. I hired Pynx Pro to support our research team through a 2-day, government-funded research conference and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. With the high stress of conference planning and all its moving parts, it was so nice to know that the Pynx Pro team had the tech aspect completely covered (we didn’t have to worry once).Their organization and communication was excellent from start to finish.
