PYNX PRO IS CURRENTLY SEEKING AUDIO VISUAL TECHNICIANS.
Responsibilities:
• Setup and dismantle of audio, lighting and video equipment at live events including PA, light fixtures, FOH, projectors/screens, video wall, truss, truss lines, smart staging.
• Loading and unloading trucks as needed onsite at live events.
• Work collaboratively across audio, video, lighting, rigging, and staging departments.
• Onsite troubleshooting and problem solving for equipment, software, or hardware issues.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical directors to ensure accurate and safe setup/dismantle of live equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a personal vehicle is a major asset (not required).

DO YOU HAVE?
• DEGREE OR CERTIFICATE IN AV RELATED FIELDS OF STUDY
AND/OR
• 3+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE AV INDUSTRY
REQUIREMENTS:
· Attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work flexible hours as required.
· The ability to competently multitask and handle multiple project streams simultaneously.
· Stays calm and in control under pressure; maintains a consistent level of activity and performance when placed in tense, high pressure situations.
· Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
· Responsible for front line customer service. Portray a polished professional image while interacting with clients, venue partners, and other vendors as needed.
· Represent the company in a courteous & professional manner to clients and other trades
· Great communications skills, high ethical standards, and able to work independently as well as lead crews
· Have a valid driver’s license
